As a former chef turned certified pilates instructor and integrative health coach, I find nothing more fulfilling than engaging with clients to help nurture a more balanced and well-rounded version of their physical, mental, and spiritual health. After desperately searching for a solution to chronic back pain from a debilitating accident years ago, and trying several forms of physical therapy without much success, I was encouraged to try Pilates. The practice had a life-changing impact on my recovery; the most rewarding part of instructing is seeing that journey come full circle.
